What age is this for?
Written for players aged 7 to 18. Younger players will need a parent to read the drill page with them. Every drill scales: fewer reps for a beginner, faster for an advanced player.
What equipment do I need?
One ball. A wall for the juggling and passing programs. Four to eight cones, or shoes and water bottles, for dribbling and turns. A backyard, driveway or park is enough space.
Is this the same as GDF term training?
No. Term training is coached sessions at Frederick Watcher Oval. These programs are homework, a top-up to whatever training your player already does. GDF players get the most out of them, but anyone can use them.
How do I get the file?
